I am a photographer from Cape Town, South Africa, currently based in London.
My photographs veer between the 'comfortable' and 'uncomfortable' both conceptually and technically. Through the use of challenging lighting, image construction and formal staging, I create photographs that invite the viewer in and then engender some level anxiety or emotion. I like to explore relationships and their many underlying facets. I use portraiture to explore the inner and confront fears.
